Hutchison Port Holdings Trust (SGX:NS8U) appointed a liquidator to initiate the voluntary winding up of dormant subsidiary Highscope International, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The winding-up is part of the trust's efforts to rationalize its structure and is not expected to impact its financials for the year ending Dec. 31.
