消息面上，荣昌生物此前发布年度业绩预告。公司预计2024年度营业收入约人民币17.15亿元，同比增加约58%；预计当期归母净亏损约14.7亿元，同比亏损减少约3%。中泰国际称，公司主要产品泰它西普在红斑狼疮等适应症上销售收入大幅增加，导致收入超预期。
此外，维迪西妥单抗（RC48）被合作方辉瑞减值2亿美元。荣昌生物回应称，这一减值是与交易时间相比，由于市场竞争环境的变化，维迪西妥单抗的一些适应证不推进了，所以预期价值相较交易时间有所下降。这是辉瑞根据对市场竞争环境的判断做出的结论。
