消息面上，茂盛控股发布公告称，向独立第三方HKIA Accommodation出售位于青衣蓝澄湾海滨南岸的永伦800酒店，代价7.65亿港元，估计出售实现收益约4亿港元。同时，向主席兼控股股东伦耀基收购位于九龙斧山道宏景花园8个商铺及305个停车位，初步代价3.64亿港元。完成后，建议宣派重大出售及重大收购特别息，每股均为0.06港元。
