【开年月余多家央国企筹划重组 业内预计并购市场持续增温】农历新年刚过，A股市场突传央企重组大消息，东风系、兵装系旗下上市公司齐发声。 2月9日晚间，东风股份、东风科技均称，其间接控股股东东风汽车集团有限公司正在与其他国资央企集团筹划重组事项。同日，兵装系旗下长安汽车、长城军工、东安动力等多家公司称，其控股股东中国兵器装备集团有限公司正与其他国资央企集团筹划重组事项。 东风、长安两大重量级车企或将联合重组？受此消息影响，本周一，东风股份、东风科技、湖南天雁、中光学等竞价涨停，华强科技、长安汽车大幅高开。截至收盘，华强科技收获“20CM”涨停，中光学、东风股份、东风科技等多股涨停。 政策明确鼓励之下，2024年以来，央国企领衔的A股市场新一轮并购潮启幕。进入2025年，上市公司并购热情不减，年内至今，中交地产、广西广电等央国企均发布了重组消息。
