国泰航空(00293.HK) 回复传媒查询指，得悉卫生署卫生防护中心就1月7日及8日由加德满都前往香港的CX640航班，两宗怀疑食物中毒事件的调查结果。
公司表示，自事件发生以来，国泰航空一直以公开及透明方式全力配合卫生署卫生防护中心的调查工作。卫生署卫生防护中心调查显示，虽然不排除食物中毒群组是由红菜头沙律所引致，但抽取样本的化验结果显示，金黄葡萄球菌并没有超出食物安全标准。国泰航空的实验室检测了57个样本，当中亦没有发现任何污染迹象。
国泰航空确认并无其他航线有供应该款沙律。除该两宗事件以外，近日亦没有收到类似怀疑食物中毒症状的报告。不过，鉴于事件或可能与沙律有关，自两宗事件发生后，集团已即时取消供应该款沙律。并已经采取额外措施加强整个食物处理程序的监控，增强员工在食物卫生的培训，以及采纳卫生署卫生防护中心提出的所有建议。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-02-07 16:25。)
