消息面上，复星医药公布，控股子公司复宏汉霖与Dr. Reddy’s就在研达雷妥尤单抗生物类似药HLX15达成欧美授权合作。此外，欧盟委员会近日已批准复宏汉霖自主研发的创新抗PD-1单抗斯鲁利单抗注射液(境内商品名：汉斯状)联合卡铂和依托泊苷适用于广泛期小细胞肺癌成人患者的一线治疗。
值得注意的是，1月22日晚间，复星医药及复宏汉霖发布公告披露，复星医药关于吸收合并及私有化复宏汉霖的特别决议案未达成，吸收合并将不予实施，复宏汉霖将保留H股上市地位。同时，复星医药抛出了A股及H股回购方案，拟自董事会审议通过后6个月，以不低于3亿元不超过6亿元回购公司A股股份，同时拟回购不超过5%的公司H股股票，以增强投资者信心。
