新浪科技讯 2月9日下午消息，蔚来法务部发布公告，宣布将以最高 100 万元的奖励金额，面向社会公开征集黑公关和网络水军恶意攻击的线索和证据。

　　公告称，长期以来，蔚来公司及旗下品牌蔚来、乐道和萤火虫一直是黑公关和网络水军恶意攻击的目标。部分网络账号出于获取流量或其他不法利益目的，对蔚来公司及旗下品牌进行侮辱、诽谤，或有组织地制造、传播恶意负面信息。

　　蔚来坚决采取法律手段维护自身及及广大用户的合法权益。此前，“车事纪”“小牛说车”“森哥电车” 等账号因违法侵权被制裁。公安机关对编造传播合肥工厂爆炸、散布蔚来破产谣言、制作虚假车辆爆炸视频的人员依法采取强制措施，还侦破多起恶意攻击蔚来信息系统案件，涉案人员被追究刑责。蔚来还对一批侵权账号持有人提起诉讼并公布相关情况。

　　蔚来称将始终坚守积极向上的价值观，对于黑公关与网络水军的恶意行径，坚决予以抵制，绝不姑息。同时，蔚来呼吁广大用户和社会公众共同抵制黑公关和网络水军的不良行为，携手营造健康的网络环境和市场秩序。
