智通财经APP讯，泰达生物(08189)发布公告，有关根据一般授权配售最多2.394亿股配售股份，公司与配售代理于2025年2月9日订立第二份补充协议，据此，订约方同意将每股配售股份的配售价由0.265港元更改为0.375港元。新配售价0.375港元较于配售协议日期(即2025年1月16日)在联交所所报收市价每股0.325港元溢价约15.38%。
此外，公司已申请股份自2025年2月10日上午九时正起于联交所恢复买卖。
