Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (SGX:N2IU) issued 3.7 million new units to its manager, MPACT Management, at SG$1.2057 each as payment for 40% of its base management fee for the October-December 2024 quarter, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The issue price was based on the volume-weighted average price over the 10 trading days leading to Dec. 31, 2024. Following the transaction, the manager holds 143.9 million units, while the total number of units in issue stands at 5.27 billion.
