Elite UK REIT's (SGX:MXNU) distribution per unit or DPU was up 5.8% in the second half of 2024 to 0.0147 pounds sterling from 0.0133 pounds a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
Amount available for distribution rose to 9.3 million pounds from 8.7 million pounds in the comparable period.
Net property income declined to 18.1 million pounds from 21.4 million pounds a year earlier.
Revenue was marginally down to 18.4 million pounds from 18.5 million pounds in the year-ago period.
Occupancy rate increased 160 basis points to 93.9% during the period.
The REIT reported a higher portfolio valuation of 416.2 million pounds as at Dec. 31, 2024.
Shares of the company gained nearly 2% in morning trade Monday.
