SRE Group's (HKG:1207) listing will be canceled from the Hong Kong Exchange on Feb. 20 following the dismissal of its leave application by the High Court of Hong Kong on Feb. 5, a Monday Hong Kong Exchange (HKEX) bourse filing said.

The trading in the shares of the company was suspended on April 3, 2023, due to a delay in the publication of its 2022 annual results among other things.

As the company had failed to satisfy the resumption guidance, the listing committee of the HKEX notified the company on Oct. 25 regarding the cancelation of its listing. The listing review committee also upheld the initial decision following the company's request for a review of the decision.

The company then applied to obtain a leave from the high court to apply for a judicial review against the exchange's listing review committee's decision, however, on Jan. 27, the company applied to withdraw its leave application after a board meeting held on Jan. 23.
