智通财经APP讯，环球印馆(08448)发布公告，董事会建议实行股份合并，基准为将每5股每股面值0.05港元的已发行及未发行股份合并为1股每股面值0.25港元的合并股份。
紧随股份合并生效后，股本削减及股份拆细将予实行，据此：
公司已发行股本中因股份合并产生的任何零碎合并股份将予注销，且公司将削减已发行股本，方法为按当时已发行合并股份每股面值0.24港元注销实缴股本，致使每股已发行合并股份的面值将由0.25港元减至0.01港元;及紧随股本削减后，每一股每股面值0.25港元的法定惟未发行合并股份将拆细为25股每股面值0.01港元的新股份。
于本公告日期，股份以每手买卖单位为20000股股份于联交所买卖。于股本削减及股份拆细生效后，新股份每手买卖单位将与合并股份的每手买卖单位保持一致，即每手买卖单位为20000股的新股份，且根据大纲及细则新股份将在所有方面均享有同等地位。
