中芯国际2024年营收首次突破80亿美元
新华财经上海2月11日电中芯国际集成电路制造有限公司11日晚公布最新财报显示，2024年第四季度公司销售收入超过22亿美元，环比增长1.7%；毛利率为22.6%，环比上升2.1个百分点。2024年公司销售收入为80.3亿美元，同比增长27%。
2024年第四季度，中芯国际毛利为4.99亿美元，2024年第三季度为4.44亿美元，2023年第四季度为2.75亿美元，同比、环比均实现正增长。
中芯国际2024年未经审核的全年利润为4.927亿美元，相比2024年9.025亿美元相比减少45.4%，主要是由于本年投资收益及资金收益下降所致。
2024年中芯国际资本开支为73.3亿美元，年底折合8英寸标准逻辑月产能为94.8万片，出货总量超过800万片，年平均产能利用率为85.6%。
中芯国际同时预测，2025年一季度公司收入环比增长6%至8%，毛利率介于19%至21%的范围内。
另外，在外部环境无重大变化的前提下，公司预计2025年销售收入增幅高于可比同业的平均值，资本开支与上一年相比大致持平。
