Summit Minerals (ASX:SUM) appointed Matthew Cobb as chief executive, effective March 10, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The appointment comes as the mining company advances its Equador niobium and rare earth elements project in Brazil.
Summit Minerals' shares tumbled past 11% in recent morning trade.
