智通财经APP获悉，玖龙纸业(02689)跌3%，截至发稿，跌3%，报3.23港元，成交额3489.21万港元。
消息面上，玖龙纸业此前发盈喜，预计集团将取得截至2024年12月31日止6个月净利润约人民币6.5亿元至人民币7亿元，增幅为110%至130%之间。主要由于集团期内销量增加，及原材料成本下降幅度较产品销售价格下降幅度更大且速度更快而导致毛利润增加。瑞银研报指出，维持玖龙纸“买入”评级，对2025财年至2027财年净利润预测下调35%至48%，以反映于去年6月发行4亿美元永续资本证券。另将其目标价由5.06港元下调至4.58港元。
去年6月初，玖龙纸业称将发行一只总价4亿美元的优先永续资本证券，年利率为14%。值得注意的是，玖龙纸业董事长张茵认购该证券的绝大多数，张茵胞弟张成飞及张茵之子刘晋嵩亦认购该证券。债券中还有一项协议：在公司控制权变更后，如果债券持有人未在发生变更后的30天内赎回债券，债券年利率将增加5%。
