消息面上，根据华为云2025年2月1日官网微信公众号，DeepSeek-R1开源后引发全球用户和开发者关注。经过硅基流动和华为云团队连日攻坚，现在，双方联合首发并上线基于华为云升腾云服务的DeepSeek R1/V3推理服务。华西证券指出，以华为和DeepSeek为首的国产化生态正在加速繁荣，AI+终端商业化有望形成闭环。
公开资料显示，中软国际作为华为生态龙头，“1+3”战略提升客户覆盖以及单客户创收，量、价增长逻辑清晰。中软国际公告称，近期公司负责承建的多家金融客户的鸿蒙App已完成内部测试，并成功上架华为应用市场。2月5日，华为宣布，基于原生鸿蒙操作系统的小艺助手App已经接入DeepSeek。
