Odaily星球日报讯 三位消息人士透露，马斯克领导的政府效率部（DOGE）的成立依赖于一场招聘活动，部分招聘活动由年轻的软件工程师通过在线聊天组和 Discord 服务器展开。其中一些工程师与数据分析公司 Palantir 或其联合创始人兼董事会主席（也是马斯克的盟友）Peter Thiel 有关。去年年底，至少有三名与 Palantir 或 Thiel 有关的个人参与了 DOGE 的在线招募工作。 在与 Palantir 校友和 SpaceX 实习生（马斯克的太空公司）相关的在线聊天群以及与军事人工智能计划相关的 Discord 服务器中，工程师们表示，他们正在寻找愿意在华盛顿特区花六个月时间将联邦支出（约占美国国内生产总值的四分之一）削减三分之一的人。 参与招聘工作的三名工程师之一 Anthony Jancso 是前 Palantir 员工。据消息人士透露，Jancso 说他是由 Boring Company 总裁兼马斯克副手 Steve Davis 招募到 DOGE 的，彭博社去年 12 月报道称，Davis 正在领导 DOGE 的招聘工作。（Wired）
