Afore acquires TN-based Innovative Insurance Services

Feb 10 - (The Insurer) - Afore Insurance Services has acquired Franklin, Tennessee-based Broussard and Associates, Inc, operating as Innovative Insurance Services.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2018, Innovative Insurance Services provides commercial and personal property and casualty coverage to businesses and individuals across Tennessee and neighboring states.

Principals Kimberlee and Thomas Broussard, along with all of Innovative's current employees, have joined Afore as part of the acquisition.

This follows Afore’s recent announcements of multiple acquisitions, including new expansions in New Jersey, South Carolina, and Florida. The company stated that it plans to continue broadening its presence nationwide.
