Odaily星球日报讯 前花旗集团高管成立的初创公司 Receipts Depositary Corporation（RDC）计划推出 XRP 支持的证券，这将使机构能够通过美国受监管的市场基础设施获得 XRP 证券敞口。 该公司将提供类似于美国存托凭证（ADR）的存托凭证，代表美国股票交易所的外国股票。该产品将仅通过根据 1933 年《证券法》免于注册的交易向合格机构买家提供。因此，它不需要美国 SEC 的批准。这些证券将由存管信托公司（DTC）清算，类似于 RDC 已经提供的比特币和以太坊支持证券。（CoinDesk） 去年 1 月消息，Receipts Depositary Corporation（RDC）宣布计划提供由比特币支持的证券，并称此类证券不需要美国监管机构的批准。RDC 的新产品被称为比特币存托凭证（Bitcoin depositary receipt），将类似于代表外国股票的美国存托凭证。 RDC 表示，此次发行产品被称为 BTC DR，将让机构能够通过美国监管的市场基础设施获得比特币证券，并通过存管信托公司进行清算。根据其新闻稿，RDC 得到 Franklin Templeton、BTIG 和 Broadhaven Ventures 等支持。
