Brookfield Asset Management's Q4 Distributable Earnings Rise, Revenue Falls; Lifts Quarterly Dividend

Brookfield Asset Management (BAM) reported Q4 distributable earnings Wednesday of $0.40 per share, up from $0.36 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected EPS of $0.39.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $1.06 billion, down from $1.13 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.26 billion.

The company increased its quarterly dividend by 15% to $0.4375 per share, payable March 31 to shareholders of record as of Feb.28.

The company shares were up over 3% in recent premarket activity.
