华泰证券指出，在DeepSeek引领下，AI应用推广的深度和广度有望进一步加强，应用侧更加繁荣，带动流量及推理算力需求强劲增长，在此背景下，国内存量数据中心空置率有望进一步下降，供需格局好转。该行认为，万国数据作为国内第三方数据中心龙头企业，在核心地区机柜资源储备丰富，看好公司国内IDC业务后续的估值提升及财报改善机遇。
