新浪科技讯 2月12日上午消息，天眼查App显示，近日，领克汽车科技有限公司发生工商变更，沃尔沃汽车（中国）投资有限公司、浙江吉利控股集团有限公司退出股东行列，新增浙江极氪智能科技有限公司为股东，注册资本由75亿人民币增至约76.5亿人民币，同时，多位主要人员均发生变更。

　　领克汽车科技有限公司成立于2017年10月，法定代表人为安聪慧，经营范围含汽车零部件研发、汽车零部件及配件制造、汽车零配件批发、信息技术咨询服务等。股东信息显示，该公司现由宁波吉利汽车实业有限公司、浙江极氪智能科技有限公司共同持股。（罗宁）
