Lattice Semiconductor chose Lorenzo Flores as its new chief financial officer and made two other executive appointments.
Flores will take on the role effective immediately, the company said Monday. Former CFO Sherri Luther left the company in October 2024 to serve in the role at Coherent.
Flores has more than 30 years of technology and financial leadership experience, Lattice said. He was previously CFO at Intel Foundry, Xilinx and UXComm.
Tonya Stevens, who was serving as interim CFO since October, was promoted to chief accounting officer.
Nicole Singer was named chief people officer, succeeding Terese Kemble, who is retiring after six years. Singer previously worked in human resources at SiFive and Synaptics.
