周二公布的监管文件显示，巴菲特旗下伯克希尔哈撒韦公司上周五增持了西方石油公司的少量股票，价值约3600万美元，将其持股比例提高到约28.3%。

　　当地时间周二晚些时候提交给美国证券交易委员会（SEC）的一份文件显示，伯克希尔以平均每股46.82美元的价格买入了763017股西方石油股票，目前总计持有2.649亿股，价值约129亿美元。

　　作为持有西方石油10%以上股份的股东，伯克希尔需要在两个工作日内披露交易情况。

　　西方石油股价周二上涨0.5%，收于48.61美元，比去年12月触及的52周低点45美元高出不了多少。

　　最新有分析称，伯克希尔可能会以46美元左右的价格购买西方石油公司的股票，这与它去年12月买入该公司股票的价格大致相同。

　　伯克希尔还持有西方石油公司8%的优先股，价值约85亿美元，以及大约8300万份认股权证，这些认股权证允许伯克希尔以略低于每股60美元的价格购买西方石油的普通股。
