Computershare Posts Higher Fiscal H1 Earnings, Revenue

Computershare (ASX:CPU) reported Tuesday fiscal first-half earnings of $0.49 per diluted share, up from $0.17 per diluted share a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Visible Alpha expected $0.526.

Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was $1.5 billion, compared with $1.4 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Visible Alpha expected $1.48 billion.

The company now anticipates fiscal 2025 EPS of $1.35, up 15% year on year, compared with its previous guidance of an increase by around 7.5%. Analysts polled by Visible Alpha expect EPS of $1.0874.

The board declared an interim dividend of $0.45 per share, up from $0.40 in the previously reported period, payable March 19 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 19.
