消息面上，近日，东风集团股份宣布，2025年2月9日，公司接到控股股东东风汽车集团(东风公司)通知，东风公司正在与其他国资央企集团筹划重组事项。本次重组可能导致公司控股股东发生变更，但不会导致实际控制人发生变更。有关安排尚需履行程式，还需获得有关主管部门批准。
对此，大和发研报指，东风及长安汽车均披露其直接控股股东可能发生变动，该行预期两间公司的潜在合并或仅带来短期情绪提振，但对大规模合并的长期成效持怀疑态度，因汽车行业的历史案例显示，重大并购往往未能达到预期的成果。
该行估计相关发展或对管理团队而言具积极性，因提供了一个新的战略方向。且行业内参与者数量的减少，可能会降低国企间大幅降价的可能性。该行建议投资者在潜在合并消息推动股价上涨时获利。
