格隆汇2月11日｜艾默生电气周一表示，每股265美元是对工业软件供应商Aspen的“最佳和最终”收购报价。几天前，激进投资者Elliott Management表示已向Aspen投资超过15亿美元，反对该公司接受艾默生72亿美元要约收购的决定。艾默生持有Aspen 57%的股份，上个月同意收购后者的剩余股份。假设投标的股份数量达到最低要求，全现金要约收购将于3月10日到期。
