智通财经APP讯，新世界发展(00017)发布公告，于2025年2月11日(交易时段后)，卖方Orient Sea Investments Limited(公司间接附属公司)接纳投标A，并与买方订立协议A，据此，卖方同意出售及买方同意购买物业A，代价为750万港元。
于2025年2月11日(交易时段后)，卖方(公司的间接附属公司)接纳投标B，并与买方订立协议B，据此，卖方同意出售及买方同意购买物业B，代价为736.9万港元。
据悉，物业A为该项目(皇都)的新建住宅单位6楼B8单位连平台，单位的实用面积为314平方尺，平台的面积为87平方尺，附有一个停车位(B1/FP91);物业B为该项目的新建住宅单位6楼B9单位连平台，单位的实用面积为306平方尺，平台的面积为88平方尺。
公告称，该公司董事会认为交易A及交易B乃集团加快变现其土地储备及╱或所持物业价值，产生额外营运资金以加强集团的流动资金及财务状况的良机。
