于2025年2月11日(交易时段后),卖方(公司的间接附属公司)接纳投标B,并与买方订立协议B,据此,卖方同意出售及买方同意购买物业B,代价为736.9万港元。
据悉,物业A为该项目(皇都)的新建住宅单位6楼B8单位连平台,单位的实用面积为314平方尺,平台的面积为87平方尺,附有一个停车位(B1/FP91);物业B为该项目的新建住宅单位6楼B9单位连平台,单位的实用面积为306平方尺,平台的面积为88平方尺。
公告称,该公司董事会认为交易A及交易B乃集团加快变现其土地储备及╱或所持物业价值,产生额外营运资金以加强集团的流动资金及财务状况的良机。
