海峡石油化工高层变动 引发独立调查
财中社2月11日电海峡石油化工（00852）发布公告，宣布公司行政总裁姚国梁已于2025年1月24日辞任，且自2025年1月25日起，姚国梁和联席行政总裁谭笑博士的行政职务已被暂停。公告指出，尽管尚未收到姚国梁对辞任的正式确认，也未收到其对信息交接的任何回应，但公司已接受其辞任。此外，因信任和信心的破裂，谭博士的职位于2025年2月10日被终止。公司对两位高管在职期间的行为表示关注，并正在进行独立调查，保留追究权利。
董事会表示，辞任及终止聘用事件不会对集团的运营产生不利影响，日常业务将继续开展。公司将积极寻找具备丰富知识和经验的合适人选，以填补高管空缺，并承诺在适当时机进行进一步公告。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在交易时需谨慎行事。
