水发兴业能源拟售水发清洁能源48%股权 交易额4.72亿元
财中社2月12日电水发兴业能源（00750）发布公告，公司将通过特定安排，实现出售附属公司水发清洁能源 48% 的股权，此部分股权评估价值约 4.72 亿元 。此次交易完成后，公司在水发清洁能源的实际间接权益将减少 19.2% 。同时，基于与中国信达的相关交易安排，公司将获得额外款项，实现现金流净增加 1.89 亿元。
公司计划将出售所得款项的使用方向分为几个方面：约1.5亿元用于发展可再生及清洁能源业务，主要用于光伏项目的建设和发展；约2.76亿元用于偿还债务；约4500万元用于一般营运资金。此外，根据上市规则，该交易构成公司的一项主要交易，需遵守相关的申报和公告规定。预计将在2025年4月30日或之前向股东寄发详细的通函。
