Odaily星球日报讯 据《纽约时报》周三披露，作为与俄罗斯交换的一部分，美国将释放涉嫌网络犯罪的俄罗斯头目 Alexander Vinnik，以换取美国公民 Marc Fogel 获释。 Vinnik 曾运营 BTC-e，该交易平台曾是全球最大的加密货币交易平台之一。他于 2017 年被捕，并应华盛顿方面要求，因涉嫌通过该平台洗钱 40 亿美元而被拘留。今年 5 月，他对洗钱共谋指控表示认罪，并面临 20 年监禁。（路透社）
