NAV Canada Expands Relationship with Envirosuite for Airspace Efficiency Program

Envirosuite (ASX:EVS) said NAV Canada expanded its relationship with the firm, scaling its airspace carbon optimization technology to additional airport sites, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

NAV Canada is the national air navigation service provider for Canada. It selected Envirosuite to measure and report on a broad range of airspace efficiency metrics at four major Canadian airports in 2023.

The aviation industry aims to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, with operations and infrastructure efficiency improvements requiring significant collaboration between service providers and airports possibly achievable in the short term.
