智通财经APP讯，复宏汉霖(02696)发布公告，近日，本公司自主研发的小分子创新药HLX99(HLX99)的临床试验申请获美国食品药品管理局(FDA)批准。 HLX99拟用于治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化(ALS)。
HLX99是本公司自主研发的创新型小分子偶联化学药物，拟用于治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化(ALS)。肌萎缩侧索硬化(ALS)，又称“渐冻症”，是一种神经系统退行性疾病，影响大脑运动皮层、脑干和嵴髓的运动神经元细胞群，导致肌肉失去神经支配。HLX99具有多重药理学特性，可能通过包括抗氧化能力和调节炎症反应等神经保护作用治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化症(ALS)。临床前动物药效模型表明，HLX99在肌萎缩侧索硬化(ALS)动物模型中显示出疗效，且具有良好的安全性。
