消息面上，2月7日，明源云官网发文称已成功接入DeepSeek大模型，作为国内不动产生态链数字化解决方案平台，联手DeepSeek将推动不动产数字化新变革。目前DeepSeek大模型已深度融入明源云的AI数字营销全系产品中，成功应用于地产、家居、汽车三大行业的2500多个项目。
据悉，明源云在房地产开发商软件服务解决方案的垂直赛道中市占率高，公司积极转型客户结构，截至1H24，超过50%的收入来自于国企客户。此外，明源云去年8月宣布，董事会已决定动用股份购回授权，视乎市场情况，自24年8月16日起，公司可能以总金额不超过5亿港元不时于公开市场购回股份。
