Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) plans to establish a Harry Potter studio tour in Shanghai in partnership with Jinjiang International, the Chinese company said Wednesday on its WeChat account.
The tour is reportedly planned for launch in 2027 at Jinjiang Action Park, this tour will complement existing ones in London and Tokyo.
Jinjiang described the tour as an opportunity for visitors to experience the Harry Potter universe through a behind-the-scenes experience.
The development will cover 53,000 square meters and will have movie sets and themed attractions, according to Jinjiang's statement on WeChat.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
