财中社2月12日电兴证国际（06058）发布公告，本公司间接全资附属公司CISI Investment在2025年2月7日至2025年2月12日期间，公开市场购买了本金总额为700万美元的票据，总代价约为699万美元。这笔交易是基于本公司的投资策略，旨在通过多元化投资组合拓宽收入来源并为股东创造新增价值。
根据公告内容，尽管本次购买事项的独立计算适用百分比率不超过5%，但与过往购买事项合并计算后，其中一项适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易，需遵守相关上市规则的申报及公告规定。此次购买的票据由美团发行，利率为4.5%，到期日为2028年4月2日，发售价为票据本金额的99.635%。本次购买事项的资金来源于本公司的内部资源，董事认为该交易符合公司及股东的整体利益。
