格隆汇2月11日丨海通证券(600837.SH)公布，根据《上海证券交易所股票上市规则》第9.7.1条第一款第（六）项及其他相关业务规则的规定，公司已于2025年2月7日向上海证券交易所（以下简称“上交所”）提交A股股票主动终止上市的申请，并于2025年2月11日收到上交所出具的《关于受理海通证券股份有限公司股票主动终止上市申请的通知》（上证函〔2025〕472号）。根据该通知，上交所决定受理公司A股股票主动终止上市的申请。
