智通财经APP讯，中国神华(01088)发布公告，内容关于本公司收购国家能源集团杭锦能源有限责任公司(杭锦能源)100%股权的关连交易的相关事宜。于2025年2月11日，本公司完成向国家能源集团公司支付本次收购对价人民币85,264.95万元。根据《股权转让协议》的约定，本公司自上述支付收购对价之日起成为本次收购标的的所有权人、享有相应的股东权利并承担股东义务，国家能源集团公司对本次收购标的不再享有任何权利。
