港股收评：恒生指数涨2.64%、恒生科技指数涨2.7% 内房股爆发万科企业涨超16%
2月12日截至收盘，港股恒生指数涨2.64%，报21857.92点，恒生科技指数涨2.7%，报5281.18点，国企指数涨2.75%，报8058.08点，红筹指数涨2.38%，报3701.32点。
大型科技股中，阿里巴巴-W涨8.48%，腾讯控股涨3.93%，京东集团-SW跌1.51%，小米集团-W涨3.64%，网易-S涨2.65%，美团-W跌4.08%，快手-W涨2.07%，哔哩哔哩-W涨2.9%。
影视股集体大涨，猫眼娱乐涨超12%。据灯塔专业版全球票房榜显示，截至2月12日，影片《哪咤之魔童闹海》总票房(含预售)突破12.66亿美元， 超过《钢铁侠3》《美女与野兽》，进入全球影史票房榜前24名！即将超越《冰雪奇缘》。
苹果概念股走强，瑞声科技涨超8%消息上，有美媒称苹果和阿里巴巴将为中国iPhone用户开发AI功能。知情人士透露，此举是苹果应对在中国销售下滑的策略之一，旨在提供更具吸引力的软件功能。此前有消息称，苹果计划在今年对iPhone系列进行更大规模的升级，即将推出的iPhone 17及17 Pro型号将进行重大更新，同时亦会推出一款超薄版本。招银国际此前发表研报指，预计新AI功能和即将推出的5款新iPhone机型将有望拉动2025年iPhone出货量。
内房股爆发，融创中国涨超20%、万科企业涨超16%。2月10日晚间，万科发布《关于深铁集团向公司提供股东借款暨关联交易的公告》，第一大股东深铁集团拟向万科提供股东借款，借款金额为28亿元，本次股东借款将用于万科偿还公司到期公开债务，体现出大股东对公司的支持。
