智通财经APP获悉，万科企业(02202)午后飙升逾17%，截至发稿，涨16.18%，报6.32港元，成交额11.69亿港元。
消息面上，2月10日，万科宣布获大股东深圳地铁集团贷款不超过28亿元人民币。公告显示，万科企业将提供价值40亿元的万物云股票作为质押担保，质押率设定为70%。本次借款用于偿还公司在公开市场发行的债券本金与利息。
银河国际证券中国和香港研究主管郑怀武指，此次深铁集团的贷款行动是该行及市场之前预期的潜在举措之一。监于深铁集团的央企背景和雄厚的财务实力，他认为，直接参与万科的运营将有助于最终解决流动性问题，并恢复购房者对万科项目的信心。
