智通财经APP讯，东珠生态(603359.SH)发布公告，公司所属联合体于近日收到了招标人亚洲烟草工业集团有限公司下发的中标通知书，确定公司所属联合体为老挝占巴塞土地整理项目的中标人。该项目总投资估算为35亿元，中标金额上浮5%，施工工期：36个月(3年)，按照“企业主导、统一规划，分区域建设、验收和结算”，成熟一块实施一块的原则滚动实施。
上述项目的中标不影响公司业务的独立性。该项目为公司首个海外中标项目，有利于提升公司国际化程度，提高企业知名度，进一步提升公司核心竞争力，为公司后续海外项目的开拓提供更多的经验。项目签订正式合同并顺利实施后，将对公司的经营业绩产生积极影响。
