IT之家 2 月 12 日消息，顺丰同城宣布已接入 DeepSeek 大模型，成为物流行业首批接入 DeepSeek 的企业。顺丰同城称，将依托 DeepSeek 低成本、高性能、高开放度的三重优势，为其全场景业务和全生态链参与者提升智慧化赋能。
顺丰同城称，公司致力于打造“客户生态 + 运力生态 + 调度运营生态”于一体的即配服务生态闭环，基于大模型的接入，将进一步在用户需求偏好分析、商户运营策略、智能客服问答、配送流程及运力调度管理等全流程实现体验升级和效率提升。
通过引入 DeepSeek，顺丰同城称不仅能削减运营成本，更将构建出更为协同高效的生态系统 —— 链接平台 2200 万活跃用户、55 万活跃商家以及 100 万活跃骑手。
