星展发表研究报告指,嘉里建设(00683.HK) 在开发深受买家青睐的豪宅项目方面拥有独特的市场定位,同时保留了其在内地综合用途项目中的商业和酒店部分作为长期投资,以逐步增加其经常性收入来源。该行维持嘉里建设“买入”评级,将目标价由20.35元降至19元。
该行指,在香港笔架山的缇外销售强劲,应可为公司释放其资产净值,而位于上海的“金陵华庭”(Jinling Residences)计划在年内推出预售应可吸引到不少兴趣,为股价提供向上的动力。而公司旗下租赁物业中半山豪宅Branksome Crest及北京嘉里中心在装修后应可改善其长期竞争力。(vc/u)
