嘉里建设(00683.HK) 旗下元朗住宅项目“朗天峰”今日(12日)公布首张价单，首批单位共120伙，涵盖一房至两房，包括67个一房连开放式厨房单位及53个两房连开放式厨房单位，实用面积由286至403平方呎，该批单位折实并扣减现金回赠后实用面积呎价由8,898元起。
嘉里发展董事及香港区总经理汤耀宗表示，首批单位扣除最高折扣及现金回赠共18%后，折实售价由264.87万至约481万元，折实呎价介乎8,898至12,534元，折实均呎10,658元。项目将于周五收票及开放示范单位予公众参观，月内推售。
第1号价单内折实并扣减现金回赠后价钱最低之单位为第2座3楼J单位，实用面积286平方呎，属一房连开放式厨房间隔，折实售价264.87万，折实呎价9,261元。
嘉里物业代理销售及市场策划高级总监卢永俊表示，是次价单定价参考了同区新盘，首张价单会以优惠价开盘，之后有加价空间。另外，他指出是次定价不需要蚀让，有利润空间。(sl/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-02-12 12:25。)
