恒地(00012.HK) 旗下九龙城南角道8号项目正式命名为“南首”(EIGHT SOUTHPARK)。恒基物业代理董事及营业(二)部总经理韩家辉表示，“南首”提供313个单位，主打一房至二房。
韩家辉续指，“南首”最快周内上楼书，预计下周开放两个示范单位，并于短期内开价。集团会视乎收票情况，部署3月初售楼。项目开价会参考九龙城楼盘、铁路沿线及启德区项目。
他透露，项目涵盖40个开放式、178个一房、78个两房、及17个特色单位。项目设有两层共1.9万平方呎的商场。关键日期为今年12月31日。
