智通财经APP获悉，维他奶国际(00345)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.45%，报9.63港元，成交额4579.81万港元。
消息面上，联交所资料显示，信和置业主席黄志祥的胞弟黄志达为首的家族办公室旗下“Kuang Ming Investments Pte Ltd”，于2月5日斥资约752.25万港元，增持维他奶国际86.6万股，每股作价8.6865港元，增持后最新持股数目为8610.4万股，持股比例为8.02%。
值得一提的是，此次是黄志达相关资金自1月6日以来再次申报增持维他奶。黄志达家族持有的杨协成去年10月举牌持有维他奶国际股份，不足两个月，黄志达的维他奶股份权益升至12%，不过在去年11月底后，黄志达增持速度明显放慢。
