Seek Pass will allow candidates to draw on their Careers & Skills Passport (CSP), which was jointly rolled out by MOM and SSG in November 2024.

A new partnership by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and Jobstreet by Seek in Singapore will help job-seekers in Singapore showcase verified credentials and shorten their job search. 

Seek Pass will allow candidates to draw on their Careers & Skills Passport (CSP), which was jointly rolled out by MOM and SSG in November 2024. 

The CSP contains skills, employment history, education and certifications records from Singapore government sources. For a start, the integration between Seek Pass and CSP will cover employment history, say the three parties on Feb 11. 

As MOM and SSG gather user interactions and feedback, the CSP will be enhanced with more features and more comprehensive data over time. SSG says it will release more details on CSP “at a later date”. 

In addition, Jobstreet will partner Singapore-headquartered verification technology firm Accredify to include educational qualifications from participating universities on Seek Pass.

Seek Pass was founded in 2016 in Australia as Certsy, a start-up within Seek, Jobstreet’s parent company. Seek announced plans to rebrand Certsy in March 2024, noting then that Certsy was used by 2.5 million job seekers in Australia and New Zealand.
