【国际咖啡期价创47年新高 业界预计国产替代加速】金十数据2月12日讯，受巴西等全球主产区减产影响，国际咖啡期货价格持续飙升。2月11日，阿拉比卡咖啡期货价格在美国纽约洲际交易所 (ICE) 突破430美分/磅的高点，再创47年新高。近一年来，咖啡期货价格的涨幅超过118%。关注咖啡产业链的中农易联表示，上游的种植端分化，国产豆将会逆势崛起。巴西、越南等传统产区面临成本飙升与品质波动压力，而中国云南咖啡豆正加速“精品化”转型。云南一级生豆价格从2024年的32元/公斤涨至现在的60元/公斤，吸引星巴克、瑞幸等品牌加大采购，其供应链替代价值凸显。未来，国产豆或从“备选”升级为“战略储备”，缓解进口依赖。
