中国天化工(00362.HK) 公布，旗下子公司“黑河龙江”化 工将积极全面恢复生产，考虑到电石销售价格开始稳定，市场并有回暖迹象，故公司对大宗商品后市保持审慎乐观，加上地方政府推出新一轮政策支持，以及银行借贷开始宽松可使黑河龙江获得贷款作营运资金。
公告指，若全面恢复生产，黑河龙江可实现产值超过3亿元人民币。(js/w)
