智通财经APP获悉，光伏股全线走低，截至发稿，信义光能(00968)跌3.87%，报3.48港元；福莱特玻璃(06865)跌3.65%，报12.66港元；信义玻璃(00868)跌2.02%，报7.29港元；新特能源(01799)跌2.05%，报7.64港元。
消息面上，2月9日，国家发展改革委、国家能源局发文深化新能源上网电价市场化改革，推动新能源上网电价全面市场化。《通知》明确提出“新老划断”，6月1日及以后投建并网的项目实施新政策。市场普遍认为，新能源上网电价全面市场化后，新能源项目投资收益率将发生变化，这将影响对新能源项目投资的积极性，今年6月1日之前或将出现“抢装潮”。
根据硅业分会，上周全周光伏市场整体运行平稳。据TrendForce集邦咨询报告显示，假期内，硅料端按照前期签单顺序发货，相对稳定。若3月份下游存提产，则不排除硅料价格有上调预期。电池片厂商节前已完成备货，N型各规格价格暂稳，但库存水位再度上行，若3月份下游提产，则能舒缓供需错位对价格带来的负面影响。
